Jenny came to me when I was lacking admin support in a busy full-time medical practice. She required no training, and the clinic was humming at full capacity within a day. She adapted to software with which she had limited experience (Gentu) and sought her own training via U-tube, making up a file of her training for future staff. She also updated the practice manual within 2 weeks on the job.

Patients loved her. Billing was seamless. The usual deluge of email requests were resolved with minimal involvement needed from me.
