Associate Consultant specialising in medical and healthcare recruitment.

Kimberley began her healthcare career as an Administrator in the Theatre Department at Waikato Hospital,
New Zealand in 2021. Gaining diverse experience by rotating through DOSA, PACU and the Theatre Hub.
Her roles included welcoming and registering patients, assisting nurses with administrative tasks, and
ensuring seamless patient flow by booking trauma patients and ordering equipment.

Kimberley was soon promoted to Operations Coordinator, where she managed the recruitment of
Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Health Care Assistants and administration staff for multiple
departments. She successfully streamlined the recruitment process, despite high turnover rates and
ensured all staff completed their annual N95 mask fit test.

Her project management experience includes supporting a full theatre renovation, installing new machinery
in endoscopy and vascular theatres and coordinating an office build and move.

With a passion for recruitment, Kimberley has joined the the team at Litton Andrews, where she enjoys
a variety of specialties and practices and the opportunity to expand her network in Brisbane’s vibrant,
multicultural environment.
