Due to increased demand, we are looking to recruit an additional 4 x Medical Reception/Secretaries to work for our clients based across the Northside of Brisbane. Position 1: Medical Receptionist/Secretary Permanent part time position working 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday's plus leave relief) for a group surgical specialist with rooms based at Chermside. Previous surgical specialist experience along with Genie software will be viewed favourably. This position is available for an immediate start. Position 2: Senior Medical Secretary Permanent part time position working 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday, 32 hours a week), supporting 3 Surgeons within a busy group practice located in rooms at Everton Park. This position will call upon a Secretary with solid skills and experience working in a surgical specialist practice. Genie experience and Eclipse billing are essential skills for this position. Position 3: Medical Secretary/Typist Permanent part time position working 2-3 days a week or a 5 day fortnight for a solo surgeon based in Auchenflower. Genie software and Eclipse billing required. This position will support a Senior Medical Secretary with the day to day running of patient clinics, theatre bookings, patient billing and receipting as well as medical typing. Position 4: Medical Receptionist Permanent part time position working 3-4 days a week, flexibility with days/hours and a combination of shifts (7am to 4pm, 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm) Monday to Friday. Primarily a busy front desk reception position with administrative support to a group of specialists based in Toowong. Genie software. Immediate start.
