A Message from Our Managing Director

Managing Director, Litton Andrews
As we close the 2025/2026 financial year it is clear that the healthcare sector has continued to evolve at an extraordinary pace. Over the past twelve months our industry has navigated ongoing workforce shortages, increasing operational costs, changing patient expectations, rapid advances in digital health, compliance updates and an ever-growing demand for high-quality patient care.
For many medical practices and healthcare organisations the year has been one of adaptation. Leaders have had to balance financial sustainability with clinical excellence, while attracting and retaining skilled professionals in one of the most competitive employment markets we have seen in years.
At Litton Andrews, we have had the privilege of working alongside practices, specialist clinics, allied health providers, hospitals and healthcare organisations throughout these changes. One thing has become increasingly evident the organisations that thrive are those that invest in strong people, robust systems, strategic planning and a culture that embraces change rather than reacts to it.
As we move into the 2026/2027 financial year our commitment is stronger than ever.
Our focus is on helping our clients build resilient, future-ready healthcare businesses that are equipped to withstand market fluctuations, workforce challenges, legislative changes and evolving models of care. While no organisation can predict every challenge ahead, every organisation can prepare for it. This year we are strengthening our partnerships with clients by expanding our strategic workforce solutions, delivering deeper recruitment expertise across both support and management/executive level roles, providing greater workforce planning support and helping practices create employment brands that attract exceptional talent.
We also recognise that recruitment alone is no longer enough. Sustainable healthcare businesses require succession planning, leadership development, staff retention strategies, operational efficiency and adaptable workforce structures. These areas will become an even greater priority as the sector continues to transform.
Technology will continue to reshape healthcare delivery, but people remain at the heart of every successful practice. Investing in capable teams, developing leaders, and creating workplaces where professionals want to stay will remain one of the greatest competitive advantages any healthcare organisation can have.
At Litton Andrews we believe resilience is built well before challenges arise. It is created through thoughtful planning, strong partnerships, informed decision-making and a willingness to continually evolve. As we enter the new financial year our mission is to help our clients build organisations that are not simply prepared for change, but positioned to lead through it. Together we will continue creating healthcare workplaces that are agile, sustainable, and equipped for long-term success.
On behalf of our entire team, thank you to our clients, candidates and industry partners for your trust and collaboration throughout the past year. We look forward to continuing to support Australia’s healthcare sector and helping your organisation achieve its next stage of growth with confidence.
Here’s to a successful, resilient and prosperous 2026/2027.
