At Litton Andrews we are actively seeking to appoint a highly experienced Medical Typist to join our team.
This exciting opportunity has presented with the recent growth of our Transcription division.
The focus of this position will be to provide an in-house medical typing service to our clients of the highest standard. The work will vary from typing of basic medical correspondence to large and often complex WorkCover reports. Whilst your primary responsibility will be typing, general administrative support will also be required from time to time.
Working full time, Monday to Friday, however we are flexible with hours worked, this is a highly diverse position primarily consisting of medical typing with some relief medical secretarial and reception support required during busy periods. Previous exposure using Genie and/or Gentu software will be viewed favourably. To be closely considered for this role, you must have previous experience as a Medical Typist/Transcriptionist with at least 80 wpm and good accuracy. Previous experience in a surgical specialist setting ESSENTIAL.
