Outstanding customer service skills a MUST!  Part time permanent position, working 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday).   Position 2:  Medical Receptionist/Secretary - job share position, working 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) from 8am to 5pm each day, for a busy solo surgical specialist in Greenslopes.  The practice use Genie software - previous experience using this software is preferred.  Parking provided.   Position 3: Medical Receptionist/Administration Support - supporting a busy Gastroenterologist based in Auchenflower.  The practice requires an additional Medical Receptionist with good general medical administrative capabilities to work a 2 day week (Monday and Friday's) with the ability to cover leave relief for staff during periods of holiday or sick leave.  The hours can be accommodated to fit with the right person (eg; 9am to 2pm - school hours or 8:30am to 5pm).  Genie software essential.   Position 4: Junior Medical Receptionist/Secretary - supporting a busy solo Urologist based at Auchenflower - close to all major public transport.  This position requires an experienced Medical Receptionist/Secretary to work 2 days a week - Wednesday and Thursday's, 8:30am to 4:30pm each day (with the flexibility to cover additional days/hours for leave relief).  Previous experience using Genie software is preferred.  Prior exposure working within a surgical specialist practice will be viewed favourably.  No medical typing is required in this position. Position 5:  Medical Receptionist - part time position working 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) from 1:30pm to 6:30pm each day with the occasional requirement to cover a Saturday morning from 8am to 12noon.  This position is situated in Auchenflower within an established General Practice.  Using Best Practice software, we are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and self motivated individual looking to be a part of this expanding and highly successful practice.   Position 6:  Medical Secretary - joining a group specialist practice located in Greenslopes - easy access to on-site car parking.  The position will be joining close and supportive team environment, working 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday) each week from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with some flexibility around the start and finish times for the right candidate.  The practice use Genie and Gentu software.  Previous specialist experience preferred.   Position 7:  Clinical/Administration Coordinator - a part time permanent position offering 4 days a week (days/hours can be flexible, a variety of shifts available, 8:30am to 4:30pm, or 10:00am to 6:00pm) supporting a busy surgical specialist practice located in Auchenflower.  The practice use Genie software and Dragon dictation.  Ideally this position is designed for a candidate seeking a more ‘back of house’ administrative position whilst still enjoying the diversity and fast paced nature of a surgical specialist setting.
